I have decided to improve my 3D modelling skills but I can't go much further with Truespace.
So after trying several programs I choosed Maya 8.5.
IMHO it seems to have the more balanced and easy to learn UI, compared to Lightwave, 3DSMax or Blender.

True to my style (style? what style?), instead of starting with something simple and then move to more complex models; I decided to make a 3D model of the Supermarine S.6B seaplane.

The free 3D object in this opportunity is a model of the early and most recognizable version of the Commodore Amiga mouse.


Modelled on Truespace 7.6 and based on factory schematics. The underside is not modelled, and neither is the DB9 connector to the computer.
